03Billing
Billing rules, in plain words.
Four steps and no surprises. This is exactly what happens on day 30, on day 37, and if you stop paying.
- Day 0
A 30-day period
Your panel runs and every order counts toward the period, whatever its status. The usage meter in your account shows the count and what the invoice would be if the period ended now.
- Day 30
Invoice, then 7 days to pay
One invoice for the plan that matches the orders you had in the period, never one in the middle. For the next 7 days you can pay while your panel stays open; those days count as part of your next period. A wallet with auto-pay can pay it for you.
- Day 37
Panel frozen
Visitors see a notice instead of your storefront, and the period clock stops. Pay, and the panel opens again at once and the period carries on from where it stopped.
- Day 67
Panel archived
A panel that stays frozen for 30 days is archived, and its last period is invoiced in full.

How each invoice is worked out
ExampleThe short version
- No setup fee. At order you pay the first plan, $25, as an advance, and it comes off your first invoice.
- Every order counts, in every status.
- A busy period raises the price of its own invoice, at the end of it, and nothing in the middle. Orders are never stopped at a limit.
- Paying a frozen panel opens it again at once, and the days it was closed are not counted.
- No free trial at launch. The live demo covers both sides.
