Providers: connect, import services and send orders
A provider is the other panel that actually delivers a service. Your panel talks to it through its API. This page shows how to connect one, bring its services in and understand what happens to each order.
What a provider is
Each service you sell can be linked to one service at a provider. When a customer orders, your panel sends the order to that provider and later asks how far it got. The provider's own prices are never shown to your customers; they see your price.
Providers live in your panel admin, under Providers in the side menu. Choosing which providers to trust is a business decision: read how to choose SMM providers first if you are new to this.
Add a provider
You need an account at the provider and its API key. Sign up there and copy the key from its API page. Treat the key like a password.
- Open Providers and choose Add provider.
- Enter an API Name. This is the name you will see in your lists.
- Enter the API URL of the provider. It is usually the provider address followed by
/api/v2. If you leave outhttp://orhttps://,https://is assumed. - Paste the API key.
- Optional: set a Bonus Rate in percent, for providers that give you extra balance. Your cost and profit reports use it. Empty means 0.
- Save.
If the provider is another Arty panel, you can type its domain, for example example.com, in Arty panel domain instead of the API URL. Use one of the two, not both. Your panel asks that domain to prove it is an Arty panel, and refuses the domain if it is not one or if the key is not accepted.
A new provider starts enabled, in USD with an exchange rate of 1, with the three sync switches on (average time, cancel and refill). Your panel never shows the API key again after you save it.
Check the connection and read the balance
When you open the Providers page, your panel asks every provider for its balance and its number of services by itself. That is your connection test:
- A balance and a service count next to the provider mean the address and the key work.
- A cell that says it failed means the provider did not answer or did not accept the key. Click it to try again, then check the address and the key.
- Answers are kept for a short time to spare the provider: the balance for about a minute, the service count for about ten minutes. After you save a change to the provider the answers are asked again.
You can also open the services of a provider (see below). If its list loads, the connection works.
Set the currency, rate and safety switches
Open Edit on a provider to set the details that decide your prices and your risk.
- Provider Currency and Exchange rate: the provider charges in its own currency. The rate converts it into your panel currency when services are imported. If the provider currency differs from your main currency and you did not set a rate, your panel opens the edit window once after adding and asks you to check both before you import. The switch next to the rate turns on an automatic rate. A change that is too large waits for your approval on the provider row.
- Loss Protection: when on, an order is not sent to the provider if the provider's cost is higher than what your customer paid. The order is held and your admins are told.
- Average Time Synchronization, Cancel button Sync Through API and Refill button Sync Through API: switches that keep the average time and the cancel and refill options in step with the provider.
- Low Balance Notification: set an amount and switch it on. When the provider balance falls below it, your admins get one alert; when the balance is above it again, the next drop alerts again.
- Description page URL: for a provider whose service list has no descriptions, the public page of the provider where they can be read.
You can leave the API key box empty when you edit: the saved key is kept. The address cannot be changed in the edit window.
Import services
Open the provider's services from the Providers page. Your panel reads the provider's list at that moment and shows its ID, name, category, type, rate, minimum and maximum, and whether refill and cancel are supported. Use the search box to find services by ID, name, category or type; at most 500 rows are shown, so narrow the search for more.
- Tick the services you want. Services already added show Already added; services that cannot be imported are marked Not supported.
- Enter Profit (%). The panel price is the provider price times the exchange rate times (100 + profit) / 100. The profit can be at most 1000.
- Choose a Target category, or use the provider category, which is created if it does not exist.
- Choose Import selected. You can import up to 500 services at once.
Only services of type Default and Subscriptions can be imported. The rest are listed so you can see them. Your panel reads prices, names and quantities from the provider's list, not from the page, and skips a service that is already added, has no usable price (zero, negative or too high), has an invalid minimum or maximum, or has no name. The result tells you how many were added and why others were skipped. Imported services are enabled at once, so check prices and names before you announce them.
To link a service you created yourself, open the service in Services, choose the provider and enter the API service ID, or pick it from the provider's list.
Keep prices in step
Your panel pulls the provider's rate, minimum and maximum for the linked services automatically, about every 10 minutes. It changes only those values. Your price, profit, status and name stay as you set them, so watch your margin when a provider raises its price.
When the provider is an Arty panel, orders and service changes are followed within about 30 seconds.
What happens to an order
- The customer orders. Your panel saves the order and takes the price from the customer's balance.
- The order is sent to the provider right after the answer goes back to the customer. If that does not work, a scheduled job sends it a little later.
- The provider answers with its own order number. Your panel stores it, and an order is sent to the provider only once.
- If the provider cannot be reached or refuses, the order stays pending and is tried again, up to 5 times. After that it waits for you.
- If the answer is unclear, the order is held and your admins are told. It is never sent again by itself, to avoid a double order.
- Your panel asks the provider for statuses, start counts and remaining quantities in groups of up to 100 orders, one provider at a time. A provider that does not answer does not stop the others.
- When the provider reports an order as canceled or partial, and automatic refund is on (it is on by default), the unused part is returned to the customer's balance.
Your customers can also place orders and follow them through your panel API.
Disable or delete a provider
Disabling a provider stops sending its orders and stops updating their statuses. The orders wait as they are, and you can enable the provider again later.
Deleting is refused while services are linked to the provider, orders are waiting to be sent or are in progress at the provider, or subscriptions are open. The message lists the reasons. Move or unlink the services and let the orders finish first. Finished orders do not block deleting.
