How to choose SMM providers for your panel

Your customers judge your panel by services you do not deliver yourself. Choosing providers carefully is the most important work in running a panel, and it can be done methodically.

Why providers make or break a panel

When an order is slow, drops or never starts, the customer blames your panel, not the provider behind it. Refunds eat your margin and tickets eat your time. A provider that is a little more expensive but reliable is usually the cheaper choice.

What to look at before you test

  • Their API: does it follow the common API v2 format, and does it return statuses for many orders at once?
  • Service descriptions: start time, speed, guarantee or refill period, and what is not covered. Vague descriptions lead to disputes.
  • Refill and cancel: which services support them, and how quickly refills are handled.
  • Support: a ticket system or chat that answers in hours, not days.
  • Minimum deposit and payment methods: you will keep a balance there, so make sure you can top it up easily.

How to test a provider

Open an account, add a small balance and pick the services you want to sell. For each one, place a real order of a small quantity on a link you control, and write down what happens:

  • how long it took to start, and to complete;
  • whether the delivered quantity matched the order;
  • how much dropped after a few days, and whether a refill fixed it;
  • whether the status in the API matched what you saw.

Repeat the test on a different day. A provider that is fast on a quiet day can be slow on a busy one.

A simple scorecard

Give each service a score from 1 to 5 for speed, accuracy, drops, refill handling and support, and keep the notes. After a few weeks the numbers tell you which providers to keep, which services to drop, and where your prices can safely rise.

Use more than one provider

Relying on one provider means one outage stops your whole panel. Keep at least one alternative for your best-selling services, tested and ready to switch. If your panel software lets you connect providers without a limit, there is no reason not to: Arty panels can connect as many providers as you like, other Arty panels included.

Keep watching after launch

  • Check your provider balances daily so orders never fail for lack of funds.
  • Watch for services whose price, minimum or description changes, and update yours.
  • Read your own tickets: three complaints about the same service are a signal.
  • Retest a provider when its speed or drops change.
